Current SPIFF Terms and Conditions
SPIFF Payment:
Earn a one-time payout equal to 3X monthly recurring
charge for the complete solution, including access charges.
SPIFF Term:
Offer valid from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025
Eligible Accounts:
‘Net New Customers’ or ‘New Logo Customers’ refers to a customer who is not receiving services or has not received any services in the prior six (6) months from Uniti Solutions
For clarity, this definition does not include upsells or renewals to existing or former Uniti Solutions customers within the 6-month period above.
Eligible Services:
Qualified MRCs with a service term of 36 months or longer.
Additional Terms:
Eligible sales must be signed by a customer and submitted to Uniti Solutions on or before December 31, 2025.
Deals over $25,000 Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) will require prior SPIFF eligibility approval.
The SPIFF payment for deals larger than $50,000 MRC will be split into two payments: 50% upfront and 50% paid upon last site install.
Payment Timing:
- For Channel Partner SPIFFs, upfront payments will be released upon customer signature and after the customer is assigned a Uniti account number.
- For Referral Partner SPIFFs, payments will be released once all services are installed.
Only eligible network, product and product component MRC qualify for the SPIFF and does not include ASF or other taxes/surcharges/fees, CPE NRC, NRCs and third-party/tertiary services.
Customer termination of service(s) prior to the start of the renewal term may result in a chargeback of any partner upfront offer incentives and renewal credits.
Incentive reflects maximum payout to partner.
